THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established, purpose-driven RIA and step directly into meaningful client advisory work —with a clear path for growing your role as you grow with the firm.

Coyle Financial is seeking a Financial Advisor to build upon our existing client relationships. As you develop proficiency with our planning process, firm culture, and client families, established client relationships will be transitioned to your care over time — giving you a stable and expanding foundation to build on, without the pressure of cold-book development.  An existing book is appreciated, but not required.

Working closely with our Principals and Chief Investment Officer, you will have the infrastructure, team support, and collaborative environment to focus on what you do best: delivering outstanding, comprehensive financial guidance to high-net-worth clients and their families across life's most important moments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management

•      Serve as a trusted primary advisor to high-net-worth clients and families, with client relationships phased in over time as proficiency andclient rapport develop

•      Build deep, multi-generational client relationships grounded intrust, proactive communication, and genuine care

•      Conduct comprehensive annual and semi-annual client reviews; adaptstrategies as client circumstances and goals evolve

•      Represent Coyle's commitment to concierge-level service in every interaction — in person, virtual, phone, and written

Financial Planning & Advisory

•      Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive financial plansaligned with each client's goals, risk profile, and time horizon

•      Provide guidance across investment management, retirement planning, cash flow analysis, tax planning coordination, and risk management

•      Coordinate with clients' legal, tax, and estate planning advisors to ensure a fully integrated planning experience

•      Apply Coyle's six-stage process (Discover, Assess, Evaluate, Recommend, Structure, Support) to deliver clarity and confidence at each lifemilestone

•      Advise on estate planning, multigenerational wealth transfer, andspecial situation strategies for complex high-net-worth households

Business Development & Firm Growth

•      Deepen existing client relationships through expanded services andproactive planning conversations

•      Participate in prospect meetings and client events to contributeto firm-level growth

•      Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and firmleadership on strategic growth initiatives

Operations & Team Collaboration

•      Maintain accurate client records in the firm's CRM; document allplanning activity and client interactions with care and precision

•      Partner with Client Services, Operations, and Financial Planning Specialist teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables

•      Prepare and contribute to client meeting materials, financial reports, and planning presentations

•      Uphold all compliance, regulatory, and firm policy requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

•      5 to 10 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related advisory role

•      Demonstrated experience managing and advising high-net-worthclients

•      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a relatedfield

•      Series 65 or Series 66 securities license

•      Deep knowledge of investment concepts, financial planning strategies, estate planning fundamentals, and tax coordination

•      Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, confident guidance

•      High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; comfort with CRM platforms and financial planning tools

•      Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to the highest standards of client service and integrity

Preferred

•      CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) designation strongly preferred

•      Prior experience at an independent RIA firm

•      Experience with Salesforce or comparable enterprise CRM

•      Familiarity with Schwab Advisor Services or similar custodian platforms

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Coyle Financial offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience:

•      Base salary: $100,000 – $175,000 DOE

•      Performance-based incentive compensation

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is based at our Glenview, ILheadquarters (2700 Patriot Blvd., Suite 440). A hybrid schedule may be considered for the right candidate. Some evening availability for client eventsis expected.
